Into The Deep by Samantha Young

"But the realization that he’d ended it, that we’d never talk again, that I’d never feel his warm hand in mine, that no one would ever look at me or make me feel the way he made me feel ever again shattered me. The tears started to fall and Jake looked sharply away."

Charley Redford and Jake Caplin had a life changing relationship when they were only in high school. Despite what everyone said they were truly in love. Everything was great until a tragedy happen and Jake broke things off. Three and a half years later Charley is studying abroad in Scotland and runs into Jake and his girlfriend Melissa. Into The Deep it a story about an emotional love between too people.

For those who know me, know that I can't resist a reunited story. This was that and so much more. I thought this novel was absolutely lovely! The writing, the characters, the emotion really grabbed me into the story. I even teared up multiple times throughout the book.

I've read some of Samantha Young's previous books and I was highly anticipating this one. It was some much more than I expected. Samantha Young is a fantastic writer and really know who to write a love story.

I loved the characters! I would find myself wanting to know more about not only Jake and Charley, but Claudia and Beck, and even Andie and Rick! And of course I loved all the other boys in The Stolen.

I also loved the bonus chapter with Jake's POV!  I cannot wait for the second book to come out this year called Out of The Shadows!

I recommend this book if you like reunited stories, bad-boys, and new adult!
