Rock Bottom is the sequel to Bad Things by R.K. Lilley. It continues the story of Tristan and Danika only this time it's how they fall apart. Tristan is still grieving over his brothers dead but Danika is the only thing keeping him sane. When his band gets a record deal and he has to move to L.A. his lack of time with Danika puts a strain on their relationship.
Holy hell this book traumatized me! I've only read the first two books in the Up In The Air series, and despite what the title told me, I had no idea what was going to happen. My heart was probably broken in half by the end of this book it was horrible in a good way.
R.K. Lilley did a great job writing this book. I couldn't put it down because I was so invested in Tristan and Danika's relationship, I just wanted it to work out so bad!
ALSO... There was lots and boat loads of sex! It was hot, passionate, and crazy. We even got a glimpse into Frankie's head and her relationship with Estella. It was interesting for the author to do this but I thought it was great. I really liked Frankie as a character and before her chapters came up I was thinking she should have her own spin off series.
To be honest I didn't know how to rate this book because it made me so mad at times. I can't tell you how many times I got frustrated with both Tristan and Danika. I can't wait for the third book to come out to see how their relationship plays out.
